Job Description:

Senior Compensation Analyst
Location: Southern Jersey
Salary: $50,000-$70,000
 
 
Job Functions:
Assisting with the development, implementation, communication and administration of our Company wide total rewards strategies
The Senior Compensation Analyst contributes to the achievement of the Company strategic goals through analytical support of the on-going design and administration of the Company’s total rewards programs
Develops proactive methods in identifying compensation issues⁄needs within customer groups and implements appropriate solutions
Provides compensation related technical and functional expertise and internal consulting services to customer group managers
Will analyze our existing variable pay plans to determine areas for streamlining and⁄or condensing plans, analyze profitability of plans to ensure it meets the companies objectives while reviewing the financial impact on the employees
This individual will create the costing scenarios to conduct these analyses and will work on overall plan design and documentation
This individual will be involved in other areas of Compensation such as market pricing, job evaluations, job descriptions, merit increase administration and general data maintenance
Analyzes exempt⁄non-exempt classifications and ensures compliance with FLSA regulations
Ensures compliance with local, state and federal laws relating to compensation matters
Develops necessary reports in support of the compensation initiatives

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree- Business Administration, Human Resources, Mathematics required. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) preferred
Advanced quantitative, analytical and personal computing skills and a mastery of Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word required
Experience with database query tools and Oracle HRIS desirable
Detailed oriented, extremely organized, and ability to manage multiple assignments successfully in a fast paced changing environment
A self-starter with a professional demeanor and can-do attitude with excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
Five + years of compensation experience with increasingly responsibility required
Comprehensive knowledge of compensation program design
Effective at interacting with all levels of the organization
Knowledge of current compensation rules, regulations, laws, principles and practices
