Plant Controller

Location: Allentown, PA

Salary: $80,000-$95,000

Support two chemical plants and provide global costing initiatives and overall margin reviews. The individual will provide support on product costing, variance analysis and general plant controlling support. In addition, the individual will provide margin and full P&L analysis upon request and on a monthly basis; as well as ad hoc analysis needs for projects and questions.

Requirements:

Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Finance

Experience – Minimum 3-5 years of similar experience

Competencies – Strong analytical skills, strong product costing experience (preferably in SAP), understanding of manufacturing environment, and U.S. Gaapexperience

Travel – Annual travel requirements include 3-4 trips toplant location; and 1-2 trips to Gent, Belgium as needed

NOTES: This position is more of a Business Analyst⁄Plant Controller The Client is looking for a person with 3-5 or 5-10 years of experience. There are no Direct Reports. This is an analytical⁄strategic position. Skills: Cost, Product cost, Financial Analysis.
