Staff⁄Senior Cost Accountant
Salary - $50,000-$75,000
Seeking a Staff⁄Senior Cost Accountant for headquarters in Bethlehem, PA.
Controls and reporting
Assisting in reaching both strategic and local goals set by management using reports for productivity, inventory management, spend analysis accounting and reporting, GAAP principles, cost analysis and other important management information.
Support management with the company's continued growth and profitability through reporting of appropriate data to coincide with Operational activities and Reporting
Participate and⁄or lead special projects as determined by the CEO
Perform other duties and tasks as required by management.
Responsibilities:
Support plants throughout the US, and partners with executive offices for purchasing,
Monthly spend and cost analysis, review and reporting of purchasing benefits and efficiency.
Key metrics reporting, analysis and planning
Production forecasting reporting
Process control improvement and control framework
Cost behavior and benefit analysis
Modeling key business initiatives

Basic Qualifications: (Candidate must meet the basic qualifications to be considered)
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, MBA a Plus
Strong Accounting background including technical & operations accounting, internal controls, financial systems IT and reporting
Knowledge of cash flow assumptions.
Experience with job costing, process costing and activity based costing.
2 years Accounting Experience with at least 1 year focused in Cost Accounting Methods
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years experience
Attention to detail, a commitment to quality and be results driven.
Multi-plant and⁄or multi-company exposure.
